Chef Bio

Martin Sarabia:: EXECUTIVE CHEF
Chef Martin Sarabia has worked under the tutelage of some of Dallas’ most prominent chefs, including David Holben and Stephen Pyles. His cooking career began at Popolos Mediterranean restaurant, where he worked as an expediting cook for over ten years. Following Popolos, he was appointed Sous Chef of the former Il Sole Wine Bar. After spending five years at Il Sole, Chef Sarabia was promoted to Sous Chef of Mi Piaci Italian Kitchen. He joined Dakota’s Steakhouse as Sous Chef in 2008, bringing with him a wealth of experience and talent. He was promoted to Executive Chef in March 2010. Chef Sarabia was born in Yucatan, Mexico, and when he’s not in the kitchen he enjoys spending time with family and friends.
