Hailing from the Big Sky State and the
small town where “ A River Runs Through
It,” Camille Lefere is no stranger to the
service industry. That is, the one that
serves family, friends and strangers
from the back of a truck or off a
campfire stick. When this small town
girl hit the big city, she found that
between a full campfire feast and a
four-course candlelit dinner there is
one common denominator. The satisfaction
one feels upon receiving a warm smile
for a job well done. For many years now
she has dedicated herself to this task.
She seeks to create an environment,
which will elicit a group of people to
get up from a table with a gleam in
their eye, a smile on their lips and a
belt loop undone because their entrée
beckoned for that final bite.
And for a little background, Camille at
14 moved from her home in Montana to
Washington D.C. to finish her high
school diploma at the esteemed Madeira
School for girls. Wisconsin was her next
stop where she sought out and
successfully completed both her Bachelor
of Science in Chemistry and her Bachelor
of Arts in Theater Arts and Dance at
Beloit College. After finishing her
schooling, she migrated to Dallas where
after many serving experiences in a
variety of fine restaurants, she has
happily settled at Dakotas. She has
found Dakotas to be a delightful and
charming mecca for friends, family,
co-workers and lovers alike to enjoy
each other’s company in a comfortable
and relaxing atmosphere over impeccable
cuisine and finely chosen quaffs. With
enthusiasm she is committed to ensuring
that others will leave feeling the same
way.
